JAVA NORTH PARALLEL PIPE
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
This project consists of the construction of about 3.5 miles of 12-inch PVC watermain downstream of the Java Standpipe.
WHY THE PROJECT
System Expansion | Timeworn – needs replaced
Some existing watermains located north of the Java Standpipe are undersized for the water needs of the area, resulting in low pressures and capacities. The new 12-inch watermain construction will reduce bottlenecks within existing watermains and increase the capacity to areas north of Java.
